- Coastal Colors and Natural Palettes: Soft blues, seafoam greens, and sandy neutrals are always popular. This year, we’ve also seen some beautiful light quartz and natural wood countertops.
- Mixed Style Eras and Details: We’ve enjoyed seeing that a mix of different styles and feature types has become more popular. More and more Florida families are making their home uniquely their own.

- Bars and Beverage Stations: Wet bars are coming back, as well as coffee and tea stations. We love adding custom bartops and cabinets to wet bars to make them durable and sophisticated.

- Touchless Fixtures and Smart Appliances: Motion-activated faucets, automatic lights, and SmartHome integrations are increasingly popular in kitchen and bathroom remodels.

- Large Tiles: These tiles are trending for both kitchen and bathroom floors. They’re easier to clean because they have grime-resistant coatings. Plus, their larger size means there’s less grout between the tiles that needs scrubbing. Less scrubbing is always a plus.
